Rates: King $133 – Double Queen $143 plus tax
Rates available Thursday thru Sunday
Cancellations required before 3:00 pm on April 24

Lunch Choice:

 

Beginning on Wednesday, April 17, the lunch catering company will begin preparing box lunches based upon the registrations data at that time. Therefore, if you are registering on or after Wednesday, you will be served one of the limited number and variety of extra lunches prepared. While extra lunches may not run out, it does means that the type of lunch you choose when registering may run out and not be available.
Refunds: Cancellation refunds will not be availabe after April 16, 2024

  • 03:00p - 08:00p - Museum open for Swap setup
  • 04:00p - 07:00p - Open House at Dale Brown's layout in Sabula, IA
  • 05:00p - 08:00p - Museum open for visitors
Saturday - April 27

Morning:
  • 06:30a - 12:00a - Registration Open
  • 06:30a - 08:30a - Swap meet set up
  • 08:30a - Doors open (Coffee, Orange Juice & Donuts available - donations requested)
  • 08:30a - 11:30a - Swap Meet
  • 11:30a - Noon - Lunch setup

Afternoon:

  • Noon - 12:45p - Lunch provided. Ham Turkey, or Tuna Sub box lunch
  • 1:00p - 1:45p Clinic - Laying Over in Savanna by Leo Phillipp
  • 2:00p - 2:45p Clinc - Milwaukee Road in Savanna by MRHS member
  • 3:00p - 3:45p Clinic - 3D Printing for Model Railroaders by Gregory A. Johnson
  • 4:00p - 5:00p Clinic - Illinois Corn - Texas Beef by Ron Atherton/William Brown
  • 5:30p - 6:30p - Social Hour and Raffle Sales

Evening:

  • 6:30p - 7:30p - Dinner Buffet (Tossed Salad, Roasted Sirloion of Beef, Baked Chicken, Roll/butter, Mashed Potato w/gravy Escalloped Corn, Green Bean Casserole)
  • 7:30p - 8:30p - Evening presentation - Savanna Army Depot & the CB&Q by Savanna Museum and Cultural Center
