Registration Deadline
As has been the case for the past few years, the vendors that we have contracted to provide our meal services are asking for committed numbers earlier than in the past. Because of this, we have to submit our banquet numbers two weeks prior to the event. To meet this date, registration will be closed on Friday, September 26th at midnight. This means that your registration needs to be RECEIVED by that date! So - if you're planning to register by mailing in your form, make sure it's in the mail early enough to get to Zumbrota, MN by the 26th. If you think it's going to be late - send us an email with ALL of your registration information!
Deadline for Refunds
Since numbers have to be submitted two weeks prior to the event, this also includes committing the funds to cover the cost. Therefore, no refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Friday, September 26th!
If you want to register for more than one individual option, but not the full fare ...
Due to the schedule for activities, the event has been broken into four individual windows (Thursday evening, Friday morning, Friday evening and Saturday evening). There will be three clinics offered on Thursday and each of the Friday windows. The banquet and Keynote Speaker will be on Saturday evening. If you register for the "Full Fare" at $100.00, you will be set for the entire weekend - including the Saturday afternoon Swap Meet. If you are planning to register for more than one of the individual windows (e.g. Friday morning and evening but not Thursday or Saturday), you will need to register by mail. The online registration is only going to support either the "Full Fare" or one of the individual options.
